Privacy policy

Effective 1 October 2026 · BG Advertising (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. · Applies to the AntiXchaos app for iPhone

AntiXchaos does not collect personal data. It has no accounts, sends nothing to any server, and contains no analytics or advertising code. Everything you enter stays on your device.

1. Who this policy is from

This policy is published by BG Advertising (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. (“we”), the publisher of the AntiXchaos app, registered at Level 9, Menara IGB, Mid Valley City, Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur, 59200, Malaysia. You can reach us at contact@bgadvertisingmalaysiasdnbhd.com.

2. What we collect

Nothing. We do not collect, receive, store or process any personal data about you. We cannot identify you, we do not know that you use the app, and we have no way to read anything you put into it.

In Apple’s App Privacy terms, the app is declared as Data Not Collected.

3. What the app stores on your device

To do its job, the app saves the following in its own storage area on your iPhone. It never leaves the device, and it is not backed up to any service of ours:

WhatWhy
Player names, shirt numbers and ratings you type in So the app can plan who plays which role
Match history: date, score, minutes played, role coverage, and the goals and substitutions as they happened So you can look back at previous games
Your last used match settings So you do not set the same thing up every week

Deleting the app deletes all of it. There is no copy anywhere else, and nothing we can restore for you.

If your iPhone is set to back up to iCloud, iOS may include this data in your own device backup. That backup belongs to you and is governed by Apple’s privacy policy, not by us. We have no access to it.

4. Names of other people

The squad you build will normally contain other people’s names. That information stays on your device and is never transmitted to us. You are the one who decides what to type in — a first name or a nickname is enough for the app to work, and we recommend nothing more than that.

5. Sharing a summary

Before a match you can tap Share the plan, and after one Share to chat. Both use the standard iOS share sheet and hand over a summary — the score, minutes played and role coverage, together with the first names in your squad — to whichever app you choose, such as a messenger. The summary is drawn as an image on your iPhone; if an app cannot take an image, the same thing is sent as plain text. Nothing is shared unless you tap that button and pick a destination, and nothing passes through us. Once it is in another app, that app’s own privacy policy applies.

6. No trackers, and who else is involved

The app contains no advertising networks, no analytics or crash-reporting SDKs, no social media SDKs and no tracking of any kind. Nothing is sold, rented or shared, because there is nothing to sell, rent or share.

The app makes exactly one kind of network request, described in the next section. Everything else — planning, timing, your squad and your history — works with no connection at all.

Two companies are involved, and neither of them receives anything about you from us. Apple distributes the app through the App Store and gives us anonymous, aggregated figures, such as how many times the app was downloaded in a country; those figures identify nobody. Cloudflare sits in front of our website and passes along the one request the app makes, described in the next section. Both handle your data under their own privacy policies, not ours.

7. The settings file

Each time you open the app, it asks our own website for a small file of settings. It holds two things: a note we may want to show you — a tournament, say — and a switch that lets us turn a feature off if it turns out to be broken. App Store review can take anything from three days to a month, and without that switch a serious bug would stay in your hands for all of it.

The request carries nothing about you. No account, no device identifier, no advertising identifier, no cookies, and nothing about your squad, your matches or your use of the app. It is a plain request for a fixed file, the same file for everyone, and it sends no information of yours in either direction.

As with any request to any website, the internet address your phone is connecting from is visible to the machines that carry it: Cloudflare, which sits in front of our site, and our own server behind it. That is how the web works, and we cannot switch it off without taking the site down.

What we can tell you is what we do with it: nothing. We do not read these records, analyse them, build profiles from them, link them to anything you do in the app, or pass them to anyone. There is no account to attach them to and the app sends no identifier of any kind, so there is nothing to join them up with. Cloudflare keeps its own records under its own privacy policy, which we do not control.

The file we send back contains only text and switches — never program code, which the App Store does not allow and the app would not run.

If the request fails, or you have no connection, the app simply carries on with what it already had. Nothing about the app depends on reaching us.

8. Children

The app is rated 4+ and is safe for all ages, because it collects no data from anyone. It is not directed at children specifically, and it has no accounts, no messaging and no purchases. The only link it can ever show is one we put in the settings file ourselves, next to a note; there is no way for anyone else to place a link inside the app.

9. Your rights

Data protection laws — including the GDPR in Europe and the UK, PIPEDA in Canada, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act in India, Law No. 151 of 2020 in Egypt, and the CCPA in California — give you rights to access, correct, delete and port your personal data, and to complain to a regulator.

We can honour none of those requests, for a simple reason: we hold no data about you. You already have full and direct control of everything the app stores. You can edit any of it inside the app, delete a player or a single past match, and remove all of it by deleting the app from your iPhone.

Everything the app saves sits in one readable file. It appears under AntiXchaos in the iPhone Files app, so you can copy it out, keep it or move it yourself at any time, without asking us.

10. Security

Your data is protected by your iPhone itself: app storage is sandboxed by iOS and encrypted when the device is locked with a passcode. Because nothing is transmitted, there is no server of ours to breach.

11. Changes to this policy

If a future version of the app ever does something new with data — for example, optional sync between devices — we will update this page and change the effective date before that version is released. Any such feature would be opt-in and explained inside the app.
