Reporting a problem
If something is broken or the app behaved in a way you did not expect, copy this into your email — it saves a round of questions and gets it fixed much faster:
iPhone model: iOS version: App version: (Settings › General › iPhone Storage › AntiXchaos) What I did: What I expected: What happened instead:
A screenshot helps more than any description. If the app crashed, the screen just before the crash is the useful one.
Common questions
Why did the app put a weak player in defence?
It should not, and it has a hard rule against it: nobody is sent into a role they cannot play. If it happened, it means everyone who can defend was already on the pitch or needed rest. Adding one more player who can defend to the squad usually fixes it. If it happened with people free on the bench, that is a bug — please write to us.
Someone played much less than everyone else.
Check the mode. Performance deliberately favours the strongest lineup and spreads time unevenly. Equal time keeps everyone within about one shift of each other. Balanced sits between the two. You can switch modes on the plan screen and watch the numbers change before the match starts.
Can I use it for 7-a-side or 11-a-side?
Not yet. The formations are built for 5-a-side and futsal — four outfield players plus a keeper, or five without one. Bigger formats are on the list.
My phone is in my pocket and I miss the changes.
Turn on notifications. The vibration inside the app only reaches you while the screen is on — a notification also arrives when the phone is locked. During a match the app offers this in a small bar; if you dismissed it, switch it on in Settings › Notifications › AntiXchaos.
Does it need internet?
Not to play. Planning, the timer, your squad and your history all work in a basement sports hall with no signal at all. Each time you open it, the app does ask our website for a small settings file — a note we may want to show you and a switch to turn off a feature if it turns out to be broken. It sends nothing about you, and if it cannot reach us the app carries on as normal. The privacy policy describes it in full.
How do I delete my data?
Delete the app. Everything it stored goes with it — there is no copy on any server, because nothing was ever sent anywhere. You can also remove players and matches one by one inside the app. See the privacy policy for the full picture.
Is it really free? What is the catch?
There is no catch. No subscription, no locked features, no adverts, no data collection. Every format and every mode is there from the first launch.
Is there an Android version?
Not right now. If enough people ask, that changes — so it is worth writing to us.
Feature requests
Send them to the same address. The most useful ones describe the situation rather than the solution: “three of us usually arrive twenty minutes late and the plan falls apart” tells us far more than “add a button for late players”.
